Yes, we do! Our ugly-cute creations ship across the globe via SingPost—so no matter where you are, a weird little friend can find its way to you 💌
📦 How long does shipping take?
All orders are lovingly packed and shipped within 2–7 working days (Monday–Friday).
🇸🇬 Singapore Orders:
Takes about 2–3 days to pack, and 3–5 working days to arrive via local courier.
✈️ International Orders:
Shipped via SingPost Registered Package with tracking.
Estimated delivery time: 7–30 working days, depending on customs and postal conditions in your country.
International orders may come with extra VAT/GST or import fees — are set by your country and not included in your order.
Just a lil' passport fee for your sticker to enter 🌸✈️
🧾 How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. Just pop your address into the checkout page to see the final rate!
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices on our site are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
💔 Returns & Cancellations
All sales at Ugldorable are final (we're a tiny handmade biz!) so no returns or cancellations, sorry!
Buuttt… if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, don’t worry! Just send me an email and I’ll do my best to help, depending on the item and situation 💌✨
